Crepes made with pumpkin puree and stuffed with a cinnamon mascarpone filling.

For the crepes

1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup all purpose flour
1 egg
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 cup water

For the filling

1 cup heavy cream
8 ounces mascarpone cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar, sifted
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
