Pumpkin Spice Energy Balls

1/3 c dried cranberries
1 1/3 c old fashioned rolled oats
1/2 c creamy peanut butter
1/4 c maple syrup
1/4 c pumpkin puree
1 t pumpkin pie spice
1/4 t salt
1/4 t ground cinnamon
1/8 t ground nutmeg
1/8 t ground cloves
