1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 Tablespoons ground flax seeds
1/4 cup vanilla protein powder ( optional )
1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips ( optional )
