Pumpkin Spice Latte Smoothie
A healthy smoothie with the season's most popular flavors – a Pumpkin Spice Latte Smoothie. Shake up your green smoothie routine with this pumpkin smoothie, with an extra jolt from cold brew coffee. A delicious breakfast or afternoon treat!
1/2 cup coconut milk ( canned, full fat )
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup almond milk ( or more, to thin to desired consistency )
2 bananas ( quartered and frozen )
6 cold brew coffee cubes ( see my recipe for them or sub ice cubes + 2 teaspoons instant coffee )
1 teaspoon pumpkin spice ( or 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin, 1/4 teaspoon ginger, pinch of nutmeg )
