Fall is in the air and pumpkin flavor is everywhere! My kids will eat anything and everything with a pumpkin flavor – but the trick is finding fun ways to do it! I decided to go easy on myself this round of pumpkin flavor and make a quick, easy butter with pumpkin. It’s really delish and is perfect for a fall morning on toast. It would be great at a brunch and we will have to have some on Thanksgiving morning in this house!

1 (8 T) stick of butter, softened
1/4 C pumpkin puree
1/4 C powdered sugar
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Beat butter until soft and fluffy Add in puree, sugar and spice and beat again until mixed thoroughly Store in air tight container in the refrigerator
