From the name alone can imagine the shape that beautiful and sweet, let alone taste. It fits for family snacks for all ages favored. How to make and the materials needed was easy.
ingredients:
3 egg yolks
1 egg white
125 grams sugar
1/2 tsp cake emulsifier
150 gr flour
125 ml coconut milk
1 teaspoon pandan paste
50 g of fermented glutinous green
200 gr grated coconut

How to make:
1. Beat eggs and sugar until soft, put cake emulsifier, whisk again until fluffy.
2. Enter the flour and milk alternately, stirring until blended.
3. Enter the pandan paste and stir again. Add fermented green sticky rice, stir well.
4. Oles putu ayu mold with cooking oil. Enter the grated coconut in the bottom of the mold, tap-tap.
5. Pour batter until ¾ mold, steam for 15 minutes until cooked. Lift, remove it from the mold.
