This simple and delicious Quiche Lorraine recipe is the perfect make ahead easy breakfast, brunch or lunch! With bacon, onion and Swiss cheese, the classic savory pie is always a crowd-pleasing treat!

1 9 inch deep dish pie crust
8 slices center cut bacon
1 cup diced onion
1 cup grated Swiss cheese
4 eggs
1 cup 2% milk
1/2 cup whipping cream
3/4 t. salt
