{QUICK AND EASY} GRAB N’ GO MASON JAR SALADS

These Grab n' Go salads are great for healthy meals on the run. Prep them on Sunday for lunches all week!

8 tbsp Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette (Recipe Below)
16 baby carrots (chopped)
8 slices cucumber (chopped)
½ yellow pepper (chopped)
1 can chick peas
16 grape tomatoes
8 tbsp cranberries
1 8oz bag spring mix salad
4 tbsp sunflower seeds
Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette (makes ½ cup or 8 tablespoons)
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
¼ cup olive oil
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 tbsp honey
Salt & Pepper
