Quick and Healthy Mexican Rice

Just in time for your Cinco de May celebration, but really for any time celebration, this easy Mexican rice. It's healthy, easy, and delicious. You can be healthy and not sacrifice the flavor.

4 cups cooked brown rice
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped small I remove the ribs, but if you like more heat, leave them on
1/2 red onion chopped small
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 plum tomatoes I ended up using the cherry tomatoes I had left
2 tbsp tomato paste
1/4 tsp red cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
salt and pepper to taste
