Quick beer and olives bread (no yeast)

One bowl recipe, no mixer needed. Now everyone can be a baker.
1 to 1½ cups bread flour
2 cups whole wheat flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon baking soda
? cup beer
? cup water
1 tablespoon vinegar
3 tablespoons olive oil
½ cup sliced olives
Some extra whole wheat flour for dusting

Preheat oven at 350 °F (175°C) and grease a pan with olive oil (or other oil)
In a bowl mix all of the dry ingredients with a fork (use 1 cup of bread flour and set aside the other ½ cup).
