1 onion grated or cut into chunks
1 pepper I love using roasted ones
1 celery stick grated or chopped
1 tsp tomato paste
1 clove garlic crushed and chopped
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp thyme dry or fresh
For the topping ::
Red chilli optional
Black pepper to taste
