Quick Chicken Stew with Lemon & Rosemary

One pan and 25 minutes is all you need to make this delicious chicken stew.

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
10 sprigs of rosemary
1 zucchini, chopped
1 lemon, juice of - about 0.5 dl
150 milliliters white wine
0.5 liters chicken stock
4 bay leaves
2 teaspoons dark soy sauce
200 milliliters cooking cream
1 whole grilled chicken, cut in bite-size pieces
1 can blacck olives, about 240 g
4 servings white rice, cooked according to package instructions
