Quick & Easy Spiced Nuts

My fourth grade class created this recipe and it has been a family favorite since 1988. Easy enough for kids to make and delicious enough for guests!

1. Mix all the ingredients together.

2. Place in 9x9 baking dish and microwave on high for 4-5 minutes stirring every minute, but be careful because 1 burnt nut spoils the batch.

1 large banana ( peeled, sliced and frozen )
1 cup sliced strawberries ( frozen )
½ cup coconut milk ( can substitute any other milk that you like )
1/2 lime ( juiced )
1 cup cubed dragon fruit
1 apple ( cored and thinly sliced )
1 cup grapes ( sliced in half )
½ cup whole raw almonds
¼ cup granola
1 cup dragon fruit ( chunks, frozen )
