Lettuce Spring Salad is one of the best quick & easy salads you can prepare when you are in a hurry! It's a perfect side dish for any meal.

6 large lettuce leaves
1 medium size scallion
2 wild garlic leaves (ramsons)
3 medium size radishes
Dressing:
1 tablespoon tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon water
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
pinch Himalayan salt
  • Slice all the dry ingredients (lettuce, scallion, ramsons, and radishes) and add them to a mixing bowl.
