Quick Pork Fried Rice

This quick and flavorful fried rice recipe can be made in under 20 minutes and is a versatile dinner that uses what you have on hand!

1 pound boneless pork loin, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 cup prepared teriyaki sauce
1 teaspoon cooking oil
1 red onion, chopped
1 cup sliced carrots
1 1/2 cups cooked rice, (white or brown)
2 handfuls sliced broccoli rabe or baby bok choy
2 teaspoons soy sauce
sriracha hot sauce, to taste
