These Quick & Simple Migas are quick, easy and so delicious! Done in less than 20 minutes, they're a perfect dinner for when you're in a pinch or even when you're not.

6 to 8 servings
4 tablespoons oil
10 corn tortillas
1 teaspoon minced garlic
12 eggs
1/4 cup Half-n-half
2 cups grated pepper jack cheese
1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies
