Quinoa Aioli Olio! (Pressure Cooker)

Pasta Aioli Olio only using quinoa for a healthier version! So simple to do in the pressure cooker, too!

1 cup Quinoa ( rinsed )
2 cloves garlic ( minced )
1.5 water
1 tbs. olive oil
tsp. red pepper flakes
to taste salt and pepper
1 tbs. partially dried basil ( or a handful of fresh )
to taste shredded parmesan

Place the quinoa, garlic and water into the pressure cooker. Place the lid on and turn the lever to sealing. Pressure cook for 1 minute. Natural release for 15- 20 minutes. Turn lever to release to make...
