Quinoa Aioli Olio! (Pressure Cooker)
Pasta Aioli Olio only using quinoa for a healthier version! So simple to do in the pressure cooker, too!
2 cloves garlic ( minced )
1 tbs. olive oil
tsp. red pepper flakes
to taste salt and pepper
1 tbs. partially dried basil ( or a handful of fresh )
to taste shredded parmesan
