Quinoa and Chickpea Pesto Salad
This Quinoa and Chickpea Pesto Salad is tossed with a zesty pesto sauce that packs a punch of flavor in every bite!

1 cup dry quinoa
1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas, drained, rinsed, and patted dry
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 red onion, diced
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup Basil Pesto or any store-bought pesto
