Quinoa Pudding with Berries

This delicious quinoa pudding is super easy to make and tastes fantastic. It has a similar taste to rice pudding but is really healthy and nutritious. I’ve added berries into mine to cook with the quinoa, although it tastes great without them too. I prefer to eat this warm but it can also be refrigerated and served cold. Hope you enoy! :)
Ingredients:
250ml almond milk
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup/85g honey
1 cup/135g quinoa
Handful of fresh berries

1. Mix together the milk, vanilla, honey and cinnamon in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
