The Clafoutis was delicious. It is light tasting and slightly sweet. The raspberries add just the right amount of freshness to the dessert. Traditionally, in French culture, this would be one of the first desserts a child might learn to make because of its simplicity. It is great served as a dessert to impress your family & friends.
