3/4 cup coconut ( plus more for rolling the bites in )
1/2 cup raspberries ( frozen )
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
