These delicious raspberry shortbread cookies with raspberry cream cheese frosting are made to look like oversized love hearts, perfect for valentines day.

1 stick/4oz/110g unsalted butter
¼ cup/45g granulated sugar
¼ cup, packed/40g raspberries
¾ cup/ 105g all-purpose/plain flour
½ cup/ 70g corn starch/cornflour
Icing –
¼ cup/ 30g confectioners sugar
¼ cup, packed/ 40g raspberries
2 tbsp cream cheese
