Raspberry Truffle Brownies

These Raspberry Truffle Brownies have a rich brownie base with a dense, but creamy raspberry truffle topping and then finished off with a chocolate drizzle. They're decadent and divine!

1/2 cup butter, cubed
1 1/4 cups semisweet chocolate chips
2 large eggs
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons hot water
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Raspberry Truffle Topping::
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, or I use 1/2 semisweet and 1/2 milk
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup seedless red raspberry jam
Glaze::
1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted
  1. In a microwave, melt butter and chocolate chips; stir until smooth. Cool slightly. In a large bowl, beat eggs and brown sugar until blended. Add water and mix. Beat in chocolate until well blended....
