½ cup butter ( melted )
¼ cup + 3 tablespoons sugar
1¼ cups flour
¼ tsp salt
½ cup white chocolate chips ( coarsely chopped )
¾ cup raspberry jam/preserves ( seeded or seedless work fine )
Extra white chocolate chips for drizzle ( optional )
