Ravioli Soup

Tomato based soup with sausage and ravioli.

1 pound roll sausage
1 medium yellow onion, finely diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
5 ounces fresh spinach
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
15 ounces tomato sauce
4 cup low sodium chicken broth
24 ounces frozen mini cheese ravioli
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

In a large pot cook the sausage over medium heat until completely cooked and crumbled. Drain any excess grease and return to the heat.
