A creamy, tangy bruschetta dip with lots of cheese, tomatoes and soppressata!

1 8 oz block cream cheese, softened


1 cup sour cream


1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella


1 cup shredded white cheddar


2 cloves garlic, minced


3/4 teaspoon onion powder


3 oz of soppressata, divided


1 Roma tomato seeded and chopped


2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
