1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
1/2 cup dry white wine
2 teaspoons fresh lemon zest
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon minced parsley
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
to taste balsamic glaze
to taste Fresh thyme as a garnish
1/4 tsp dijon mustard
