Today, we have something quite unusual - Red Bean Chocolate Mousse. And it tastes absolutely amazing! :)

FOR THE MOUSSE::
3 tablespoons raw cacao powder
4 tablespoons maple syrup
4 tablespoons shredded coconut
FOR THE TOPPING::
  • Prepare 2 medium size bowls, one for beans one for bean juice. Drain the can of beans using strainer over one of the bowls until only the beans remain into a strainer.
