Red Pepper Hummus

Smooth homemade hummus that taste so fresh.

2 red bell peppers
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 garlic clove, roughly chopped
15 ounce can chick peas, drained and rinsed, reserving the liquid
pinch cayenne pepper

Move the top oven rack about 5 inches below the broiler and turn on the broiler.

Cut the peppers in half and remove the seeds and white ribs.

Place the peppers on a baking sheet skin side up...
