1/2 cup bhagar vrat ke chawal samo rice
1/2 cup short grain rice
1/2 cup urad dal
1/2 tsp methi seeds
to taste Salt
to taste Water
to taste Oil for greasing
Soak both varieties of rice and bhagar together in water with few methi seeds.
Soak urad in water with few methi seeds. Soak for minimum 4 hours.
Use this soaking water while grinding.
