Red Wine Date Bars

A oat and cinnamon crumble top and base with a red wine reduced date filling. The depth of flavour in these are incredible.

1 Cup Red Wine
200g Dates, chopped
180g Butter, softened
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup Oats
1 ¼ cups Wholemeal Flour
2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Baking Soda
