They'll even last for a month or two! Serve the refrigerator pickles on hamburgers and sandwiches, as a snack, or as a salad alongside barbecue or other meat-based entrées. They have just the right balance of fresh dill, garlic, onions and cider vinegar, for a light, refreshing taste without an overpowering tang.
