1 cup masoor dal
1 onion finely chopped
1 tomatoes finely chopped
1 tsp Ginger minced
1 tsp garlic minced
1/4 tsp turmeric

1 tbsp ghee
1/2 tsp cumin
2 dry chilies
1 tbsp ginger julienne
3 cloves garlic cloves crushed
