1 cup Basmati rice
2 tablespoons Ghee/oil Q
chopped coriander leaves
1 teaspoon Lemon
Cumin seeds :
1 Whole spices
1 brown cardamom
4 cloves
7 peppercorns
1 cinnamon stick
Salt to taste
