It is one of the highly made recipes in Diwali. It is not only so easy to make, but it is the really tasty snack as well. It's Takes 20 to 30 minutes to cook. The ingredients which are used in it are easily available in your kitchen if not you can buy it from your local market or local retail store.
10 Red chilies
Salt as required
500 g Bengal gram flour chick pea flourkadalai maavu
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
3 tbsp hot oil for preparing the dough
Oil for frying
2 cups Bengal gram flour
2 cups Rice flour
50 g Butter
– Soak par boiled rice for 2 hours.
– Wash, drain the water and grind it in the grinder to a fine paste adding water, peeled garlic, salt and red chilies. (Do not add too much water for grinding)
