10 Red chilies
2 Garlic
Salt as required
500 g Bengal gram flour chick pea flourkadalai maavu
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
3 tbsp hot oil for preparing the dough

2 cups Rice flour
50 g Butter

– Soak par boiled rice for 2 hours.
– Wash, drain the water and grind it in the grinder to a fine paste adding water, peeled garlic, salt and red chilies. (Do not add too much water for grinding)
