10 Red chilies
2 Garlic
Salt as required
500 g Bengal gram flour chick pea flourkadalai maavu
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
3 tbsp hot oil for preparing the dough
Oil for frying
2 cups Bengal gram flour
2 cups Rice flour
50 g Butter

– Soak par boiled rice for 2 hours.
