Ribeye w/ Caramelized Shallot & Blue Cheese Butter
The Fullblood Wagyu ribeye is lightly seasoned and grilled to a medium-rare finish. Top the tender steak with a caramelized shallot and blue cheese butter to add an extra buttery, flavorful taste to each bite!
1 Yellow Onion
2 tbsp. Butter
2 Large Shallots ( small diced )
5 oz. Unsalted Butter ( softened )
3 tbsp. Crumbled Blue Cheese ( Our favorite is Smokey Blue by Rogue Creamery! )
1/4 cup Dry Sherry
Kosher Salt ( to season )
Freshly Ground Black Pepper ( to season )
PREPARING THE CARAMELIZED SHALLOT AND BLUE CHEESE BUTTER
Heat sauté pan on medium-high heat.
Add 2 tablespoons of butter to pan, and heat until melted and hot.
