Rice Cooker Hainanese Chicken Rice

6 chicken drumsticks (approx 1 1/2 pounds)
Freshly ground black pepper.
2 Tbsp sesame oil
2 cups rice (uncooked) - use the measuring cup that came with your rice cooker!
3 cups chicken stock
1/2 inch of ginger, cut into thin strips
3 cloves garlic, chopped
3 pandan leaves, tied into a knot (optional)
scallions for garnish
hot sauce (recommended: sriracha or sambal oelek) for serving

Rub sesame oil on chicken drumsticks. Top with a pinch of black pepper. Let marinade for about 20 minutes.
Wash and drain rice. Put in rice cooker.
