Rice Pilaf with Veggies & Meat

1/2 cup onion, diced
2 steaks, cooked & diced
1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
1/ cup mushrooms, diced
1 3/4 cups water
1 tbsp butter
1 box rice pilaf
cook veggies on medium heat for 5 minutes. Meanwhile preheat oven to 425. cook pin wheel steak and rice pilaf for 20 minutes and let steak rest for a few minutes and dice and put into rice pilaf. hope everyone enjoys this recipe it. wont let me put 2 pinwheel steaks in the ingredients but thats what it calls for.
