Rice Salad with vegetables

Salad:
2 cups uncooked rice
1 onion red or white
1 green chili red or other
3 branches celery
2 carrots
Vinaigrette:
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil or vegetable oil
1 tablespoon mielsel and pepper to taste
1 clove of garlic minced (optional)
1-Cook the rice according to the guidelines. Transfer to a large bowl to cool. 2-Cut the vegetables into small cubes and add to the rice. Mix well. 3-Mix the oil, lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper. Add to the salad and mix well. 4-Put in the refrigerator a few hours and serve.
