This is our kid approved version of moist chocolate zucchini bread.

2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
3 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cups peeled and pureed zucchini

1/2 lb. bacon
