Ricotta, Ham and Bell Pepper Puff Pastry Pinwheels

I have always loved puff pastry. It’s so easy to work with, delicious and you have an extremely tasty appetizer in minutes.

1 sheet of puff pastry
1 bell pepper, or 2 halves, I used half red and half yellow
1 heaping spoon of ricotta cheese
3 big slices of good quality ham, cut into cubes
