Ricotta Stuffed Mushrooms

14 large white mushrooms, stems removed


5 garlic cloves, crushed


1/4 cup ricotta cheese


4 large basil leaves, chopped


1/2 teaspoon thyme


1⁄4 teaspoon salt


1⁄2 teaspoon cracked black pepper


1 tablespoon olive oil
