Arrabiata-Style Wagyu Roast Beef with Potatoes
This recipe uses classic flavors of Italian Arrabiata sauce. The garlic, tomatoes, and red pepper flakes give the tender Fullblood Wagyu roast a fiery kick! 2 tsp. Kosher Salt
1 tsp. Cracked Black Pepper
2 tbsp. Tomato Paste
1 tbsp. Mustard
2 Garlic Cloves ( crushed )
1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. Dried Oregano
1 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
2 lb. Small Potatoes ( halved )
Sea Salt ( to season )
Freshly Ground Black Pepper ( to season )
Take the Fullblood Wagyu sirloin tip roast out of the freezer, and place it in the refrigerator 24 hours before starting this recipe.
