Roasted chicken tandoori style

A roasted chicken done with Indian spices to add a tandoori twist. This is also a one pot meal as vegetables were roasted along with the chicken.

1 Whole chicken
1 Potato ( Large )
2 Bell pepper
2 Red Onion
5 Fresh coriander leaves
1 Garlic ( whole )
300 grams Yogurt ( Greek Yogurt )
125 grams Butter ( Semi-salted )
1/3 cups Sunflower oil
1 teaspoon Cumin
1 pinch Nutmeg
2 teaspoons Garam Masala
1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
1 teaspoon Turmeric
1 teaspoon Red chili powder
1 teaspoon Dried Mango powder
3 teaspoons Tandoori masala
to taste salt
