Cold water ( enough to cover the potatoes in a pot by one inch )
Kosher salt
½ cup butter ( room temperature )
½ cup half and half
½ cup sour cream
4 ounces cream cheese ( room temperature )
6 cloves roasted garlic
3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
Freshly cracked black pepper
