Roasted Garlic Peanut Noodles

These simple noodles are tossed with a quick but delicious sauce that has huge flavor thanks to roasted garlic, peanut butter, and a few other classic ingredients. You could top these noodles with almost anything, but they are great as-is also.

8 ounces udon noodles, cooked
1 head garlic, roasted
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/4 cup warm water
