Spaghetti for 4 people
4 large red bell peppers
1 onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh oregano, finely chopped (or 1 heaped teaspoon dry)
1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
3 tablespoons tomato paste
1 bay leaf
2 tablespoons olive oil (plus more for drizzling)
Salt to taste
