A gorgeous creamy soup that's perfect for Halloween!

1/2 Large Pumpin ( Seeds and skin removed and chopped into 1-2 inch chunks )
2 Large Sweet Potatoes ( Peeled and chopped into 1-2 inch chunks )
Cooking Oil
Pinch Salt and Pepper
1 Vegetable Stock Cube
dash Double Cream

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
