Roasted Radish Rolls

When given the opportunity of creating a bread and or roll featuring a root vegetable, you'd better know for sure that I'm up for that challenge.

2 - 3 bunches of radishes, trimmed and quartered
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 1/4 teaspoon active dry yeast (1 package)
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 cup warm water (110-110 degrees)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 egg
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
1/2 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
