This has become my favorite go to for company,It looks delicious and tastes even better! It is easy to prepare and you can get it ready early and just pop it into the oven when you are ready for dinner!

3 chicken breasts
1 container fresh bocconcini
2 roasted red peppers sliced into 1 inch pieces
1 bunch of basil, whole leaves
1/4 cup fresh grated parmesan
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
